located between U-Bahnhof Weberwiese and Ostbahnhof
Our hostel is located on 'Strasse der Pariser Kommune' in Berlin Friedrichshain, between Weberwiese station on Karl-Marx-Allee and Ostbahnhof.
From Karl-Marx-Allee, you can see the TV Tower at Alexanderplatz, as well as the towers of Frankfurter Tor, both well-loved film locations. You'll find concert venues and nightclubs in the direction of Ostbahnhof. Kreuzberg is also closeby - just pass the East-Side-Gallery in the direction of Warschauer Strasse and cross the Oberbaumbrucke.

From Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER)
Take the Regional Train RB14 or RE7 (journey time approx. 18 minutes) direct from the airport to the Ostbahnhof. Alternatively, you can take the S9 from the airport to Ostkreuz station and then change into the S3, S5, S7 or S75 to the Ostbahnhof. A taxi from the airport to Pegasus Hostel costs approx. E 40.
From Tegel (TXL) airport
Take the TXL Express Bus to Hauptbahnhof and then change into the S-Bahn (S5 - S7 or S75) to the Ostbahnhof. A taxi from Tegel airport to the hostel costs approx. € 30.
By public transport
From the Hauptbahnhof (central train station), take the S5, S7 or S75 S-Bahn, or the RE1, RE2 or RE7 regional train to Ostbahnhof. Guests arriving at the Sudkreuz station, rather than in central Berlin, should take the S42 S-Bahn to Ostkreuz before changing into the S3, S5, S7 or S75 to Ostbahnhof. Alterantively, you can travel to Frankfurter Allee S-Bahn station and transfer from there into the U5 (direction Honow) to Weberwiese.
Bus Station (ZOB)
Take the M49 bus to the Savignyplatz S-Bahn station and from there transfer into the S5 or S7 to Ostbahnhof.
By car
From the motorway, continue straight in direction of "Zentrum Berlin-Ost". At Alexanderplatz follow Karl-Marx-Allee east and after 1.5 km take a right into the Straße der Pariser Kommune. After 50 metres you'll see the hostel on your right at Straße der Pariser Kommune 35 in Berlin Friedrichshain.

Shopping for essential items
Directly opposite our hostel you'll find a pharmacy and supermarket. Tickets for public transport can be purchased in one of the small shops close to the hostel. If required, we can order tickets for you.
Shopping at Boxhagener Platz
If you are looking for designer shops, boutiques or flea markets, the area around Boxhagener Platz and at the RAW site are where you'll find them. You can find unique accessories for example at Schwesterherz in Gärtnerstraße; Workaholic Fashion in Kopernikusstraße offers trendy work clothes and sustainable fashion is available at Herr und Frau Nitschke in Wühlischstraße. Fräulein Glitter in Boxhagener Straße offers burlesque and 1950's vintage fashions.
Clubbing: Berghain, Yaam and Simon-Dach-Straße
Only a stones throw away from the hostel you will find the world famous Berghain club, featuring the panorama bar, where Lady Gaga has been known to party. Postbahnhof, staging concerts and regular parties is located next to the Ostbahnhof. Only a few metres away you can find the ADS (ehemals Maria)andYaamclubs. Bars and cafes around the Simon-Dach Strasse are only a short walk away.
Warschauer Straße and Kreuzberg
You can walk to Kreuzberg in 25 minutes. Just walk over the bridge at Warschauer Straße and you are at Schlesischen Tor close to locations like Musik und Frieden;Lido and Club der Visionäre and much more.
